Did The Judge Who Sentenced 2 Proud Boys To Jail After They Were Attacked By Antifa Show Prejudiced & Bias?

We posted here earlier about the 2 Proud Boys who were sentenced to 4 years in jail after being attacked by antifa. A statement attributed by the judge during sentencing states “I know enough about history to know what happened in Europe in the 30`s…”. This sounds like there is some prejudiced and bias here and I’d think this statement could be grounds for appeal.

Aside from that, whatever the judge thinks he knows about the 30′s has nothing to do with this case whatsoever. The Proud Boys are a multi racial brotherhood and one of the men he sentenced has 4 mixed race children. Is the judge just referring to wanting to stop people from fighting back against commies? That would make you ask- Is this an activist judge who is protecting commies? It would sure seem that way if that’s his position to jail people who are brave enough to fight back against communists after they`ve been attacked. That further brings up the question- Is the judge a commie himself? If this is the case that should invalidate his seat as Judges are bound to the Constitution.
