Steven Crowder Financially Terrorized By YouTube After Carlos Maza, An Activist Journalist Complains

Just like other social media sites lately, YouTube has done another Purge. The latest sees “thousands of accounts” banned as well as many others demonetized. The most high profile case is of conservative comedian / political talk host Steven Crowder. Crowder had his channel demonetized after complaints from Carlos Maza, an activist journalist who works for Vox, a left wing oriented media outlet. Crowder has been a critic of Maza`s work and his targeting of people whom he ideologically disagrees with and has repeatedly tried to goad him into debating him. Instead of taking a debate however, Maza whined to YouTube that Crowder was harassing him resulting in YouTube demonetizing Crowders channel. With almost 4 million subscribers, the Social Blade website shows Crowder was making up to $8,000 a day based on his video views. YouTube admits that although Crowder’s language was “clearly hurtful,” it did not constitute a violation of its policies. So there you have it, he hurt someone`s feelings so he has to be silenced. This is an extremely dangerous precedent and is nothing short of corporate entities using their “private company” status to violate the constitutional rights of those they disagree with. Losing $8,000 a day because he “hurt someone`s feelings” is also nothing short of financial terrorism being used to control speech.

As we mentioned, in addition to Steven Crowder YouTube has deleted thousands of accounts. As always they say these are “white supremacists” etc, but this round has expanded into deleting those who talk about the flat earth theory, alternative medicine cures, those who question the official story about 9/11 and more. Whether or not these are things you agree with, it is the right of people to engage in the free exchange of ideas. What YouTube and the corporate outlets are doing today is the internet version of the nazi`s burning books. It is complete totalitarianism. An article from Vox on YouTube`s most recent purge states that “Plenty of dodgy content is still available”. This tells you their true agenda. Like we said, the left never stops moving the goal post.

As we`ve said before and continue to repeat: The only thing the left had to be able to hold on to power and create the matrix was control of the media, but in this internet age where everyone has an equal voice their matrix has been exposed and is falling apart. They are scared and have resorted to totalitarian censorship and financial terrorism to silence those who fight against them in the culture war. These dystopian tactics need to be challenged and fought against any legal way possible, and the argument that “these are private corporations so they can do what they want” needs to stop. When you have a handful of outlets who are able to control free speech and financially blacklist whoever they want you have a problem. Again, never forget that the left never stops moving the goal post. You will be next if you don`t fall into the totalitarian line.
