Spotify Is Latest Music Host To Engage In Double Standard Censorship
Music hosting platform Spotify has become the latest to announce that they will begin censoring music that promotes hate and violence. What`s laughable about this, is that this censorship is just a politically motivated censorship that falls in line with the cultural marxist agenda that exists in all platforms in society. For instance, groups like La Raza, the NAACP, CAIR, etc are all allowed and actively promoted. An advocacy group that addresses issues affecting European Americans is called racist and is not allowed. BET and Univision exist to cater specifically to their audience. College campuses are replete with organizations and groups that cater specifically to every race except one. Open discrimination against European Americans occurs regularly on campuses as well. In politics, television, and society in general there is one group that is not only regularly discriminated against when it comes to having their own specific platforms, but is also allowed to be openly bashed by everyone else. Spotify has jumped on this discrimination now as well. Their claim that they are going to censor music that is hateful or violent is insincere, and they have even refined that explanation to fall in line with the cultural marxist agenda and allow them to target and censor specific artists. In reality there is no music more violent towards African Americans than the music made by themselves. It`s music that glorifies gang banging, it`s derogatory towards women, promotes drug and alcohol abuse, and some has violent racist lyrics towards whites and Latinos. This type of racism is never addressed however and these artists are given a full platform. They are not banned from online music outlets, their cd`s and records are sold in stores, and the artists are glorified, given movie roles, and even cooking shows with Martha Stuart lol. It`s kind of curious as to why all these outlets who claim to be supportive of African Americans would want to promote and profit off of music promoting black on black violence. Likewise in this #MeToo era, a recent article titled “Hateful Hip Hop: Top U.S. R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Objectify Women 55 Times” states that “For the week of March 31st, 2018, eight of the top 20 songs in Billboard’s “R&B/Hip-Hop” chart were blatantly sexist and misogynistic. In these songs, women were portrayed as commodities or luxury goods — something to be owned or consumed and of no more importance than money, cars, liquor or drugs. Sexual lyrics are casually graphic and almost solely about women giving men pleasure.”
In conclusion, if you are going to censor music, don`t be hypocritical about it. Everyone can see the agenda and it does nothing to help your cause. In fact you are only creating a backlash.
