Pick Of The Week 2/19/12: Strappo- R- evolution
This weeks pick goes to the Italian band Strappo for their cd R-evolution. This cd is 12 tracks of professional very well played Anti NWO rock. The music is melodic yet pretty upbeat and flows together really well. The instruments are all really clear and there is some nice guitar work and drumming. The vocals are strong yet not overdone with songs that feature many sing along`s and in fact have a host of backing vocals throughout to get you going. As mentioned there are 12 tracks total, the last of which is a ballad/ orchestral Ode to Italy and a lambasting of what it has become. A great cd all the way around!
